Meet Our Founder

Jordan Small, LPC

Hi, I am Jordan Small been practicing for five years as a Licensed Professional Counselor (TX LPC 83238). I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University, and continued on to Texas Wesleyan University to complete a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling.

I have an immense passion for helping individuals, specifically adolescents and adults, by assisting them to step outside of their comfort zone in order to create positive change and foster healthy relationships. I have experience working with clients who have experienced domestic violence, abuse, bullying, substance abuse, and other various traumas.

I am a dedicated lifelong learner who wants to continue growing in the trauma-informed care field and assisting clients in gaining self-advocacy and confidence in life and relationships. Building a safe, positive environment that elicits growth and allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance is important to me.

I'm excited about the chance to deepen connections with clients as we embark on a therapeutic journey together.

Group sessions provide a supportive, communal space rooted in felt safety and trust where you can realize you are not alone in your journey. We work to cultivate a sense of belonging and personal strength by helping everyone navigate life's challenges within a secure and validating community.

Telehealth Therapy Available

Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions available for all Texas residents.

Fees & Billing

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, we are private pay only. We provide a sliding scale range that we can discuss before intake, and we can provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement. Please note there is no guarantee of reimbursement.

What are your rates?

Intake Session: $125
Individual Session: $150
Group Therapy Session: $80 per person
Teambuilding Event: $150 per hour*

*Note: To ensure the depth of the experiential process and the building of felt safety, teambuilding events require a 4-hour minimum booking.
